What payment options are available?
We accept VISA cards for online purchases. You may also send a Money Order or Cashiers Check for a mail order purchase. Nevada residents must include their applicable sales tax. Back to Top

What shipping methods are available?
We ship insured parcel post mail with the USPS. Back to Top

How long will it take to receive my order?
Delivery is usually made in 2 to 3 weeks. However because items are produced by hand when your order is placed it is sometimes necassary to allow 4 to 6 weeks for delivery. For custom designing, or etching of your product (auto glass, cabinet glass, house windows etc.) you may fill out the custom order request form to receive pricing and schedule. Can I cancel my order?
Yes, you can e-mail your cancellation anytime prior to shipping (usually 2 to 3 weeks). 3 days prior to shipping you will be e-mailed a shipping notification, if you do not cancel within the remaining 3 days your order will be shipped. Back to Top

Can I return damaged items?
Yes, all packages are covered by delivery insurance, you may return the damaged package and contents to the delivery company you received the package from and we will send a replacement order ASAP. Back to Top

Why was I charged sales tax on my purchase?
State tax is applied to an item if Cendant Corporation or the shipping vendor conducts business in the shipping address state (Nevada residents). Back to Top

How do I make a request for, or just get information on custom designing?

Can I ship my order to a different address?
Yes! When you place your order and come to the Check Out screen, just replace your address with the address you want to ship your merchandise to, then continue. Back to Top
